Refund, administration fee and cancellation policy:
The minimum administrative fee for a refund is $35 or $50 for courses. However please check the relevant course as to the specific refund policy and administrative fees below.

Only with your agreement, we may collect the following information:
Name, email address, postcode, preferences and interests, and at times information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.

Privacy Policy
We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting unless you request that we do not do so.

Nandini’s Women’s Workshop AND events
Refund and cancellation policy
• Payment needs to be processed online before the workshop (so there is no disruption to the flow of the circle/class as you arrive).
• A full refund is given if written notice of cancellation is received at connect@nandinimedici.com more than 15 days prior to the workshop or program.
• A 50% refund or credit is available if written notice of cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days prior to the commencement of your workshop/program.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop, it is possible to get a credit toward another workshop within the next 6 months.
• If no notice is received prior to workshop there will be no refund or credit.

Retreats
Requirements
Please make sure you have:
• Filled in the retreat application form
• Informed us of any health issues, injuries, dietary needs
• Read the refund and cancellation policy

• For any cancellation made $185 admin fee will be retained
• A full refund is given if written notice of cancellation is received at connect@nandinimedici.com more than 15 days prior to the last booking date.
• A 50% refund or credit is available if written notice of cancellation is received between 7 and 14 days prior to the commencement of the retreat.
• If cancellation is made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the start of the retreat, it is possible to get a credit toward another Nandini Medici program within the next 6 months.
• If no notice is received prior to the retreat, the administrative fee charge for the refund will be equal to the retreat fee.

Sacred Feminine Coaching
Agreements and Policy
• All the coaching sessions are strictly confidential
• After the first introductory session a 3 or 6 months commitment is required
• On choosing Sacred Feminine Coaching, you agree to commit to attending all the scheduled sessions and do the required practices agreed upon during the coaching session.
• Any cancelled sessions would need to be rescheduled straight away.
• If you cancel less than 24 Hours before a session without an appropriate reason or if you do not show up a fee of $50 USD applies

Refund and cancellation policy
By registering for the 3 month or 6 month Sacred Feminine Coaching, you certify that you understand that you are committing in a 3 or 6 month program that meets via Zoom or in person twice a month for a total of 6 sessions or 12 sessions. You will either be paying in full with a discount or 3 or 6 instalments payments as agreed with Nandini. You agree that you understand that upon enrolment in this coaching program, there is an administration fee of $400 as part of the refund should you choose not to participate. If there is an issue of extreme hardship, you may contact Nandini Medici to discuss options, which may include receiving a credit for a subsequent program or postponing your coaching sessions.
If you received a discount as part of a limited offer on the sacred feminine coaching program and decide to discontinue your coaching sessions, an admin fee of $200 is required.

Online Courses & E-books

There are no refunds on neither online courses nor e-books.
