What is Yoga Sadhana with Nandini?
Yoga Sadhana with Nandini is more than just a yoga class—it's a gentle, restorative journey designed to soothe your nervous system and bring you back into a state of calm and balance. Over 10 weeks, you’ll be guided through grounding and nourishing practices that help release tension, settle the mind, and cultivate a deep sense of safety and presence in your body. This course offers a holistic approach, drawing on ancient yogic wisdom to support your overall well-being.
Why focus on the nervous system?
In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous systems are often overstimulated—leading to anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. When the nervous system is calm and regulated, we feel more grounded, centered, and capable of meeting life’s challenges with clarity and grace. This course is designed to help you gently unwind stress and restore your inner equilibrium.
How can yoga help?
Through a thoughtful blend of gentle movement, breathwork, deep relaxation, and meditation, this practice invites the body into the parasympathetic state—the state of rest, repair, and healing. Each week, we’ll explore practices that signal safety to your system, helping to calm overactivity and build resilience. Over time, you’ll cultivate greater awareness, emotional balance, and a profound sense of ease.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply seeking deeper calm, Yoga Sadhana with Nandini offers a nurturing space to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with your natural state of peace.
Let’s breathe, soften, and restore—together.
Course Structure & Practices
- Yoga Asana (Physical Postures)
Each session features gentle, grounding yoga postures that are specifically chosen to calm the nervous system and release stored tension. These slow, mindful movements help you reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way. Accessible for all levels, the sequences focus on comfort, presence, and restoration. - Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
Breath is one of the most powerful tools to regulate the nervous system. Through simple but potent breathwork, you’ll learn how to down-regulate stress responses, soothe anxiety, and invite a greater sense of spaciousness and calm into your life - Guided Relaxation
After movement and breathwork, you’ll be guided into deep rest through yoga nidra or other relaxation techniques. This profound rest is where your body can truly integrate the practice and begin to repair on a deeper level. Many students report feeling more rested after one session than after a full night’s sleep! - Meditation
Each session will close with a gentle meditation to settle the mind and nurture inner stillness. These practices support nervous system regulation by cultivating mindfulness, emotional resilience, and inner peace.
